Youth Mentorship, Volunteer and Leadership Program in Flagstaff

From Athlete. To Leader. To Mentor. To Coach.

Beginning in 7th grade, youth have the opportunity to develop leadership, responsibility, confidence, communication skills, and real-world experience through the Unlock Your Potential Youth Leadership & Mentorship Program.Participants work alongside experienced coaches and staff while helping with younger athletes, practices, camps, after-school programs, clinics and community events. As participants grow and demonstrate responsibility, consistency, positive behavior, and leadership, they can progress through our pathway:

Youth Mentor → Coach-in-Training → Junior Coach → Future Workforce Opportunities

Our goal is to help young people develop skills that extend beyond sports and prepare them for future employment, leadership, and service in their community.Participation does not guarantee future employment. Employment opportunities are based on age, qualifications, performance, organizational needs, and applicable requirements.
